Spontaneous Theatre Company presents its devised production Hippocrite, a folly about a two-headed hippopotamus and the discoveries it makes. This singing, dancing, lugubrious animal delivers many moments of mirth through interaction and playing with the audience.
Hippocrite takes us through the contrary world of existence with bouts of reality and silliness - and plenty of laughs. The production revels with the audience in the twin pleasures of synchronicity and contradictions.

Nathan Keates is an actor who specialises in immersive theatre and has a background in clown and physical theatre. Lindsey Garwood is a performer and storyteller in improvised theatre, with a background in traditional theatre.
